His career SIERA in The Majors is 3.92 – a respectable mark. The MLB Average is typically around 3.90. In 2016, with The Angels, he saw his biggest workload (53.1 innings) and had a WHIP of 1.11.
His Statcast Pitch Arsenal from that year (’16):

However, he did not have the same success last year which is reflected in his Career Whiff% Graph:

Guerra’s Whiff% (vs league average):
Four Seamer: 18.2% (16%) / Changeup: 38.7% (29%)

The minor league deal that he signed with The Brewers (12/08/2018) included an invitation to Spring Training.
